Raised in Elkridge, attended Saint Augustine Catholic school 1-8 grades (discipline matters). Graduated from Howard High School and Howard Vocational Technical Center with a certificate in welding. Majored in Business Administration @ Catonsville Community College and Political Science @ University of Maryland Baltimore County.
Father of two adult daughters and grandfather to three adorable grandchildren. My parents are still together after 53 years, living in the Elkridge home I was raised in (parents matter, too).

In 2012, I sued the state of Maryland over the constitutionality of the General Assembly Redistricting Resolution on the grounds that it violates rural citizens minority voting rights as guaranteed under the republican government article of law, U.S. Constitution Art.4 Sec.4.
